Please meet two of the many patients who attended TFS eye care outreaches in the
Khartoum area last month
Fatima Mohmmed Bashir
This is Fatima Mohmmed Bashir. She is 70 years old and has
a cataract in her left eye so serious that for a long time she has been using
only her right eye. Dr Nabila has prescribed eye drops and will perform a
cataract surgery soon.
Abass Nour Eldaim
Another TFS patient is only two and half years old.
Abass Nour Eldaim from Khartoum was born with a damaged nose, which not only
changed the appearance of his face but badly affected his left eye. He will
undergo plastic surgery as soon as he is old enough .
